In-house repair of hydraulic and electronic load-cell systems — including units other suppliers would scrap.
Our in-house workshop and offshore/onsite teams repair, refurbish, test, calibrate and certify rig instrumentation and safety systems, returning them to certified, traceable accuracy — including units other suppliers would scrap. We can test, calibrate and certify all digital, electronic, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic gauges and indicators, plus amplifiers, ballast systems, BOP carriers and panels, chart recorders, compensator and divertor panels, crane safe load indicators, diaphragm protectors/deboosters, drilling instrumentation, HMI and PLC systems, load cells (including re-gauging), mud and cement manifolds, P-tanks, pressure relief valves, transducers and vessels, SCR-room gauges, shackles/slings/lifting gear, stinger systems, subsea equipment and ploughs, surge cans, temperature gauges, torque wrenches and weather instrumentation. Calibration is traceable to national standards (NPL UK; NATA Australia), and certificates are issued to the standards of ABS, USCG, DNV, Bureau Veritas and others as required.
