Load cell calibration & certification
Traceable calibration of all rig instrumentation — load cells, tensile links, load shackles, load pins and indicators — in-house and offshore/onsite.
We calibrate and certify load cells, load-monitoring systems and all rig instrumentation against national standards, both in-house and offshore/onsite. Our in-house test bed is rated to 500te in tension, compression and shear, with hydraulic jack calibration to 2000te. Calibration is traceable to national standards (NPL UK; NATA Australia), and certificates are issued to the standards of ABS, DNV, Bureau Veritas, USCG and others as required.
